PPS needle felt is made of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) fiber produced in the United States, Japan and other countries according to the production process of other high temperature filter felt, and is one of the main varieties of high temperature filter materials. PPS needled filter materials are excellent in the following applications.
1) Sulfur in fuel or sulfur-containing oxides in flue gas, which have been proven to be acid-base corrosion resistant and chemical resistant fibers.
2) Where the flue gas contains moisture.
3) Working temperature 190°C, short-time working temperature 232°C, melting point 285°C, limiting oxygen index 34-35.
4) In the temperature 190-232°C mining conditions, gas cloth ratio as high as 5:1 for online cleaning and gas cloth ratio of 6:1 for offline cleaning,PPS filter bag has an excellent performance record.
5) The oxygen content in 15% or below the occasion can be applied. In the filter of coal boiler, waste incinerator, power plant fly ash dust collection and other pulse dust removal equipment,PPS filter felt is the ideal filter material PPS fiber has the strength of complete retention and intrinsic chemical resistance can maintain good filtration performance in harsh environment and achieve the ideal service life.
