PPS fibre needle felt is made of imported polyphenylene sulphide (PPS) fibres and is one of the main varieties of high temperature resistant filter material.PPS fibre needle felt has excellent performance in the following applications.

1, Operating temperature 190℃, short-time working temperature 210℃, melting point 285℃, limiting oxygen index 34-35.

2, Oxygen content of 15% or below can be applied;

3, the flue gas contains moisture occasions.

PPS fibres have complete strength retention and inherent chemical resistance, which can maintain good filtration performance in harsh environments and achieve ideal service life. PPS fibre filter mat is the ideal filtration material in pulse cleaning dust collectors for coal-fired boilers, waste incinerators, and dust collection and treatment of fly ash in power plants. According to the different requirements of working conditions, our company can do all kinds of functional treatment for PPS fibre needle felt, such as water and oil repellency, PTFE impregnation, coating, laminating and so on.
