Glass fibre needle felt is a kind of high temperature resistant filter material with reasonable structure and good performance.It not only has the advantages of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, dimensional stability, very small elongation and shrinkage, high strength of glass fibre fabrics, but also the felt layer for the fineness of 5-7 micron or so short fibres, three-dimensional microporous structure, porosity is very high, the gas filtration resistance is small, it is a high speed, high efficiency high temperature filtration materials.

Compared with other high temperature resistant chemical fibre felt, it has special advantages such as low price and higher temperature resistance.However, its running resistance is higher than that of general chemical fibre high temperature materials, and its filtration precision is slightly lower.Glass fibre needle felt can be widely used in high temperature flue gas filtration of various industrial furnaces such as chemical industry, steel, metallurgy, carbon black, power generation, cement and so on.It is suitable for pulse cleaning and higher wind speed blowback cleaning of various bag filter.
