Our company selects fine denier glass fibre and chemical fibre (P84 fibre, aramid, PPS fibre, etc.) to be blended to make composite filter media.This product has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, high strength, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, wear resistance, folding resistance, etc. After different surface chemical treatment, it also has the characteristics of easy cleaning, water and oil repellency, anti-static, etc.; this series has the products to adapt to the different temperatures, such as 150-200 ℃, 200-250 ℃, 250-300 ℃ and so on.

Compared with glass fibre filter media, this kind of filter media has obvious improvement in abrasion resistance, folding resistance and peeling strength, and it can bear more than 1.0m/min filtration wind speed and low operation resistance, with both performance and cost-effective price, which is widely used in iron and steel, non-ferrous smelting, chemical industry, carbon black, building materials, electric power and other departments.
